Privacy Policy

How chickenroadgamemoney.ink handles your data: what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it.

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This document covers what chickenroadgamemoney.ink logs, who processes it, how long it stays, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

The data controller is the team behind chickenroadgamemoney.ink. For any privacy question or request, write to [email protected].

What we collect

Data you give us directly

  • Contact messages. If you email us or use the form on the contact page, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data — IP address (usually truncated by our analytics provider), browser, operating system, device category and screen size.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time on page, the link that brought you here and the outbound links you click.
  • Cookie identifiers — described in detail in our Cookie Policy.

We do not want financial data. Never send us card numbers, bank details, casino passwords, one-time codes or copies of identity documents. If you do, we delete them. Note that the SSL encryption and two-factor authentication described in our review protect your operator account, not your correspondence with us.

Why we process it

  • To operate the website — serving pages, security, diagnosing errors. Basis: legitimate interest.
  • To answer you — replying to a message you sent. Basis: your request.
  • To measure content — understanding which guides are read. Basis: consent where required.
  • To attribute referrals — recording that a visit to an operator came from here. Basis: consent / legitimate interest.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be processed by hosting and CDN providers, analytics providers, and affiliate networks that receive a referral identifier when you click a partner link. Once you land on an operator's site, that operator becomes the controller of everything you provide there — including KYC documents and payment details — under its own policy.

International transfers and retention

Service providers may process data outside India, including in the EU and the United States, under the safeguards those providers offer. We keep contact correspondence for up to 24 months, aggregated analytics for up to 26 months and server logs for around 30 days.

If you email us

Your address, name and message reach our email provider and are visible to the small team that answers correspondence. We reply to the address you wrote from and nothing else. Your details are never added to a mailing list, because we do not operate one.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU/UK GDPR — you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]; we aim to reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, access to stored correspondence is restricted, and the volume of personal data we hold is deliberately small. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, but minimising what we collect materially limits the risk.

Children

This website is strictly for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our tools or in the law. The revision date at the top always shows the current version.

Security measures

The site is served over HTTPS, administrative access uses multi-factor authentication, and the stack is patched on a regular cycle. No system is perfect: if a breach ever affected reader data we would publish a notice on this page and inform the relevant authority within the statutory period. We store no passwords or payment information, which keeps that risk small by design.

Everything above applies to this domain only, and to no other site that may look similar.
